My 2020 probably has some of the same overwhelming themes as yours! It has had wonderful moments and it has been really hard. For these last two months of the year I plan to post about some of the many wonderful things the Lord has taught me this year in the hard times and in the good times. I'm going back through my journals and Bible studies and I will share the good stuff and the not so good stuff. Sharing the hard stuff is hard, but it is good for me and I hope it will encourage some of you too. I haven't traveled out of Texas in 2020. I have driven lots of miles in Texas though! I have had impromptu girls' weekends and I have had girls' weekends canceled. I have had to actually work from home. It's tough! I have made decisions about where to shop or eat based on whether or not I have to wear a mask, or because I forgot a mask! I have had way more zoom meetings than I would like and I have been thankful for zoom meetings allowing me to make meetings that I would have otherwise had to miss. I have seen the Lord do incredible things in the midst of crazy! I knew that would happen though because that is who He is! I have seen Him work in ways that are truly amazing and I'm praying now for miracles in certain areas that to the world seem scary and complicated, but for my Heavenly Father they are not complicated at all. The Lord has taught me more in 2020 than I could have imagined. He is so good! So get ready for some funny stories, some tears, and to see God's goodness over and over again!
